Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your WaPulse account yourself, or ask us to do it by email.

On the web

1. Sign in at WaPulse on the web with your Google account (Google sign-in is used only on the web).
2. Open Profile.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

If your web subscription still renews, it is canceled before the account is deleted, so you are not charged again.

In the Android app

Open the app, go to Settings and choose Delete Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play first.

By email

Send a request to support@wapulse.app. For a web account, write from the email address of the Google account you sign in with, or include the Support ID shown in your profile.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the numbers you follow, their activity history and your notifications. If you would like us to remove any other data we hold about you, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
